Every ticket is in My tickets, and a copy goes to WhatsApp as soon as the payment clears. Both work at the gate with no signal.

Payments can take a minute to confirm. If nothing arrives after that, sign in with the details you used at checkout - guest tickets are held against them.

3. 3.Check My tickets - if it’s still not there, contact support with your order number

Create an account with the same email or mobile number you used at checkout. The tickets attach to that account automatically.

2. 2.Verify with the OTP sent on WhatsApp
3. 3.Open My tickets - your guest order is already there

Every paid order has a downloadable invoice on its order details page.

2. 2.Tap the order you need an invoice for
3. 3.Under Tickets purchased, tap Download invoice

Most scan failures come down to screen brightness or a damaged screen - both are quick to fix at the gate.

1. 1.Turn your screen brightness all the way up
2. 2.Hold the phone still, flat, and close to the scanner
3. 3.If the screen is cracked or heavily protected, read out the ticket ID printed under the code - gate staff can enter it by hand

Split it. One entry goes to the person you name, on their own QR over WhatsApp - your ticket keeps the rest. A split cannot be reversed.

3. 3.Enter the recipient’s mobile number - they get their own QR on WhatsApp

Failed payments are reversed by your bank, usually within 5–7 working days. Send us the order number and the payment reference and we’ll confirm what the gateway recorded.

Only one order will have issued tickets. Send both payment references and we’ll have the duplicate refunded.

Codes are tied to an event, a ticket type and a date range, and most are single-use. Check the code hasn’t expired and that it applies to the pass you selected.

UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets, through Razorpay. Payment happens on their checkout - tikk.at never sees your card or UPI details.

Tickets are non-refundable once the night begins. Before that, the organizer’s event policy applies - it’s printed on the event page under "Before you book".

If an organizer cancels, the full amount is refunded to the original payment method. If a night is moved, your ticket moves with it and we tell you on WhatsApp.

The code goes to WhatsApp, not SMS - that trips up most sign-in issues.

Every event page has an Organizer section with a link to their profile and the ground’s details. Venue, timings and entry rules are theirs to answer.

Gates open at the time printed on your ticket. Entry closes before the last garba of the night - the exact time is in the event’s "Before you book" list.
